Arizona Governor Asks
Counties To Drop Fight For Settlement Money
Arizona Governor Hull wants 13 Arizona counties to drop their
legal fight for a share of the state's tobacco settlement
funds.
The legal challenge is preventing the governor from
calling a special session of the Legislature to determine how to
spend the $3.1 billion.
