South Dakota
Toughens Youth Access Law
Starting July 1, retailers in South Dakota who sell cigarettes
to minors, and the minors who buy them, can be charged every
time they're caught.
Charges could be made for every cigarette
smoked or pack sold during the day. Multiple charges are
illegal now.
