The Federal Trade Commission has released a report on 2007 Consumer Fraud activity in the United States. According to the report, consumers reported a total of 813,899 complaints and the total loses to fraud exceeded $1.2 Billion. Topping the list of most reported fraudulent activities were Identity Theft, Shop-at-Home/Catalog Sales, Internet Services and Foreign Money Offers.
